In the year 3035, humanity was faced with a crisis of unparalleled magnitude. An asteroid was on a collision course with Earth, and all efforts to deflect it proved futile. Governments and scientists worldwide worked tirelessly to find a solution, but every attempt ended in failure.It was during this critical juncture that a scientist by the name of Kayaba Nagasaki made a revolutionary discovery. Nagasaki had dedicated years of research to the development of a technology that would allow for the uploading of human consciousness into computers, creating digital representations of human beings.At first, the idea was met with widespread skepticism. While some saw it as a potential solution to the asteroid crisis, others feared it would result in the eventual extinction of humanity.In the face of the impending disaster, the world's superpowers joined forces and allocated their resources towards the creation of a supercomputer, constructed from the strongest materials on Earth. The project was named BlueBeam, also known as The Cyberverse Project. Despite the potential benefits, not everyone was in favor of this project. A significant portion of the human population, approximately one third, refused to participate and chose to remain human, facing the threat of the asteroid head-on.Once the transition into the Cyberverse was complete, the digitized humans were launched into space via a rocket, thereby avoiding the imminent destruction of Earth.
